A Hidden Camp

Tower Shade Camp in inhabitied by the bandits who assaulted Jules Cullen and her apprentice, stealing Jules' goods and leaving the apprentice for dead. The camp will only be occupied during the Water Warrior quest of Basic Training.

The camp is located near the shore of Lake Rumare and the bandits can be quite formidable when it is occupied.
